Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Technician or Marketing Representative.

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for servicing lawns in your route by applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and performing other professional applications. You will also be responsible for accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and/or lawn analysis, and making field sales. Additionally, you will offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial, which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include time and a half over 40 hours, year-end potential bonus, truck sales bonus pay, marketing bonus pay, health insurance plan, dental and vision insurance plan, life and AD&D insurance plan, matching 401K with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays, company events, team assistant program, and employee perks program.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver license with a clean record, enjoy interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service, and be able to work independently as a member of a team. Experience in pest control and/or lawn care is preferred, but we will train an individual who displays our core values.
