We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team, known for excellence in oncology services and comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with cancer and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer and oversee radiation therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with other oncology specialists and multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in radiation treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and expected outcomes.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Shreveport-Bossier metropolitan area, Louisiana's commercial, medical, and cultural hub.
