Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our team at Wpromote. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users through multiple channels, resolving complex hardware and software issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain and audit IT systems, including desktops, laptops, and critical software applications, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and educate users on IT best practices and troubleshooting techniques, promoting self-sufficiency and knowledge retention.
  • Implement automation tools, such as Zapier or other low-code/no-code solutions, to create efficient workflows and system integrations, minimizing manual processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Conduct business analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend IT solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Document IT processes, developing and maintaining detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and procedures, ensuring continuity of knowledge and fostering continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate on IT projects, partnering with IT Security, infrastructure, and Project Management teams to support and execute large-scale projects, including system upgrades and software deployments.
  • Manage hardware and software, overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of approved hardware and software solutions within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience providing IT support in a Mac-centric environment, combined with a solid background in business analysis.
  • Advanced expertise with operating systems, particularly macOS, with additional knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with the ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose appropriate IT solutions.
  • Proven proficiency with automation tools, such as Zapier or equivalent platforms, streamlining business operations through process automation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess, design, and optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant IT certifications, such as ITIL, are highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
