Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and referring medical offices, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with the central intake team to pre-register patients, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Effectively communicate with patients and referring offices, highlighting the benefits of Pure Infusion Suites and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the local sales representative to build relationships with referring practices and promote Pure Infusion Suites services.
- Ensure patients receive a high-quality experience while at Pure Infusion Suites, facilitating positive reviews and feedback.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
- Enroll patients in co-pay assistance programs as necessary, ensuring access to necessary treatments.
- Maintain a clean and presentable clinic environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Patient care or customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work comfortably with software systems, such as PMS or EMR, to track information and schedule appointments.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
