Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized services to children in their homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 learning environments directly in the child's home, focusing on establishing competent learner skills.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors.
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable).
  • TRICARE Certification preferred.
  • Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth.
  • Desire to be a positive influence in their community and in the lives of the clients we serve.
