Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Wedgewood is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Director to oversee the housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring facility standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in long-term care, hospital, or healthcare settings.

• Conduct regular environmental rounds to ensure cleanliness and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff in areas of responsibility, assigning and scheduling special projects as needed.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with facility personnel, developing effective working relationships with the inter-disciplinary team, administration, and front-line staff.

• Prior experience in Environmental Services is preferred, with on-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Skilled Nursing Experience, Hospital, or healthcare experience is highly valued.
