James Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated Coffee Specialist who possesses a deep appreciation for the art of coffee making and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
As a Coffee Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service by answering inquiries and taking orders.
- Skillfully preparing a variety of beverages while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and healthy environment for both customers and team members.
- Staying informed about our product offerings, including seasonal menu changes and food items.
- Utilizing coffee brewing equipment properly and ensuring its maintenance.
- Assisting in training new staff members, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Participating in various roles within the café, including cashier duties and support tasks.
- Adhering to company policies and actively contributing ideas for improvement.
- Engaging in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of coffee, tea, and service skills.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
