Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Welcome customers or vendors and guide them to the right department
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries, take messages, and respond to requests for information
  • Process transactions using cash, checks, or credit cards
  • Reconcile cashier reports
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Understand clerical and administrative processes
  • Apply customer service principles effectively
  • Demonstrate strong typing and keyboarding skills
  • Communicate effectively and maintain a professional appearance
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work Saturdays and evenings
  • Experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
  • Retail cashier experience is mandatory
  • Familiarity with general office and clerical procedures
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while ensuring accuracy
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
