About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after Interventional Radiology cases.
  • Assist and record all Interventional Radiology cases, and operate equipment in the Interventional Radiology lab.
  • Provide a safe practice environment by incorporating patient needs.
  • Collect patient data, identify priority problems, and report variances to the RN and physicians.
  • Document findings in radiologic documentation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited college or school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification and current registration as a radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
  • Florida State License as a Certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • Certification and current registration in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiographer (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiographer (CI) or Vascular-Interventional Radiographer (VI) by the ARRT.
  • BLS within one year of hire.
