Revolutionizing Home Dialysis Care

Premier Dialysis Inc seeks a skilled Home Dialysis Therapies Nurse to join our team in Florida. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, emphasizing safe practices and promoting independence.
  • Clinical Care: Manage ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality patient care through effective documentation, adherence to clinical guidelines, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes and other healthcare facilities as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Dialysis experience is highly preferred, but prior experience is not required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address clinical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to learn and utilize essential home dialysis equipment and technology.
