We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Supervisor to lead our store operations and drive business performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective store operations, including inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service initiatives
- Drive financial performance and sales growth through data analysis and business planning
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for hourly associates to enhance their skills and career growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of ethics and integrity
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and business planning, with the ability to drive financial performance and sales growth

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00, and additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
