Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Clarvida of California. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health treatment services to individuals and families in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct crisis intervention consultations and provide other activities directly related to the interventions process.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and program development.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Masters degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Must be registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two years experience with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills required.
