About the Role:

  • Provide skilled nursing care and services to patients in accordance with prescribed orders and company policies.
  • Identify and document changes in patient physiological and psycho-social condition.
  • Notify Director/Supervisor and contracted customer designee as required.
  • Adhere to Maxim policy, procedure, and applicable protocols.
  • Ensure that documentation reflects patient collaboration and participation in plan of care creation and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in specific state required.
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice required.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
