Grow Ohio, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Associate to join our team. As a Cultivation Associate, you will play a critical role in the cultivation process, ensuring the highest quality cannabis products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Cultivation Team in meeting production demands and quality expectations.
- Perform various tasks, including watering plants, manicuring plants, cleaning grow areas, general plant care, and dry trimming.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leads and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
