Practice Environment:
Become a vital part of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary practice that encompasses interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, cardiac surgery, and a well-established vascular program. Our collaborative environment is supported by a dedicated team of advanced practice providers.
Ideal Candidate:
This role is well-suited for both recent graduates and seasoned cardiologists who value teamwork and a supportive atmosphere. The position offers mentorship and collegial backing, along with a robust patient base to cultivate your practice. Candidates with an interest in community outreach and engagement will find this role particularly rewarding.
Clinical Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will deliver both clinical and inpatient cardiology services, primarily associated with one hospital, as we seek to expand and enhance physician coverage. Your practice will involve a significant amount of echocardiography, including stress echocardiograms, and nuclear cardiology, as well as performing and interpreting transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs). The call schedule is manageable, with a frequency of approximately 1:12 on weekends and 1:14 on weekdays.
