Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver at Snoqualmie Casino. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and team members to various locations, adhering to all laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive 14-passenger buses and passenger vans, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers.
  • Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Report any vehicle issues or mechanical problems to the supervisor.
  • Keep the interior of vehicles clean and tidy.
  • Monitor and assist with fueling of vehicles.
  • Perform small repairs and light mechanical work on vehicles.
  • Complete daily paperwork and report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a learner's permit for a CDL Class C with passenger endorsement within 45 days of accepting the position.
  • Proven ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with automatic transmissions.
  • Ability to clearly understand and provide verbal and written instructions and prepare reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.

Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
