About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our meat department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are prepared and presented to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
  • Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicating effectively and being flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all products are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent lifting and bending.
