Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and develop health care plans for a caseload of residents
  • Pass medications, admit/discharge residents, and perform resident assessments as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document accurately and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered to practice in the state of Iowa (RN)
  • Ability to lift 35lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching
  • Ability to use the nursing process to meet the needs of each individual
