We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Shift Manager to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units.
Responsibilities- Plan and organize training for unit staff members, and participate in guidance and educational programs.
- Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance.
- Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments.
- Academic degree in nursing.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
- CPR certification.
