Role Responsibilities:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in the successful execution of golf course renovation projects. This role includes assisting with project tasks, acquiring essential project management skills, and preparing for advancement to a Project Manager position.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Basic understanding or education in golf turf management or related fields.
  • Developing knowledge of golf course operations and renovation processes.
  • Familiarity with various stages of renovation projects and relevant technologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Expectations:
  • Oversee field crew members, ensuring productivity and professionalism.
  • Assist in managing daily operations of renovation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
  • Coordinate activities of internal teams and subcontractors for effective collaboration.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining client relationships and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and opportunities.
