About the Role

At Sisters of St. Francis, we are seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

The Medication Aide will work closely with our nursing staff to distribute prescribed medications and provide general care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as directed by nursing staff
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mealtime duties, including food delivery and cleanup
  • Participate in activities programs and support resident engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CNA and Medication Aide Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
