Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Loan Processor to join our team. As a Senior Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing consumer loan applications, reviewing for regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process consumer loan applications in accordance with regulatory requirements and Bank's Policies, Procedures and Matrix.
- Coordinate loan closings and fundings, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Handle customer transaction requests and balance inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
- Internal and external customer follow-up regarding missing documentation, ensuring seamless loan processing.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in banking or a related field.
- Associate Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or a related field, with knowledge of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database software.
