The salary range for this position is $69,000 to $124,200. Pay is determined by various factors including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications.

Role Overview:
As part of our Distribution and Receiving Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products reach our guests efficiently. This position is essential within our Logistics framework, whether in regional distribution centers, fulfillment centers, or import warehouses. Your efforts will positively impact thousands of team members and guests globally.
Human Resources Contribution:
In alignment with Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics operations, the Human Resources team is integral in building high-performing teams. As an HR Business Partner, you will embody Target's unique retail brand, continuously innovating and evolving our practices. You will have the opportunity to influence the experience of team members across our distribution centers, acting as a strategic ally to both leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource for team members.
- Facilitate onboarding and performance management processes.
- Guide leaders and team members in achieving their business objectives.
- Assist in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent.
- Utilize analytical skills to address challenges and deliver high-quality HR services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures and their application.
- Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
