**Job Type**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sanitarian to join our team. As a Sanitarian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our production area.

• Perform equipment disassembly and assembly, sanitation, and various cleaning and janitorial activities under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor.
• Ensure that all sanitation processes comply with food safety, quality, and legality standards.
• Participate in training new employees and assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the Sanitation Supervisor to implement effective sanitation procedures and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50-pound objects and work comfortably in an environment with flour dust.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data into various applications.
