The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer who will be responsible for building our clients' business through the negotiation and placement of media, setting up campaigns, and analyzing the results. This person will get exposure to various forms of media and must be willing to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using IQ and buying platforms.
  • Deliver regular updates on performance vs. goal, WoW and YoY, and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns across platforms, tactics, and creative units.
  • Assist in the development of media plans by evaluating opportunities, researching pricing, market conditions, competitive spending, and trends for target audiences.
  • Negotiate, place, and report on media across channels, including local & national Cable TV and local digital (e.g. FB/IG, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in media buying.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an omni-channel environment.
  • Proficient in DCM, STRATA, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team-player with a demonstrated ability to be innovative and agile, while working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
