Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team at Spark Talent Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding equipment to fabricate high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding equipment to weld metal components with precision and accuracy.
  • Set parameters on welding machines to ensure optimal results.
  • Understand and interpret welding procedure specs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with thick metal components, up to 2 inches thick.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Level 1 welder certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and recognizing weld symbols.
  • Experience with robotic welding equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to weld in all positions.
