Springstone, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Triangle Springs, a 77-bed behavioral hospital in Raleigh, NC. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Supervise and maintain patient safety
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the schedule/program
  • Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School diploma
  • Driver's License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
  • Proof of Insurance
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility
  • Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
