Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a progressive care unit (PCU) setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and Manage Cardiac Conditions: Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs, detect changes, and intervene in life-threatening or emergency situations.
  • Administer Medications: Administer complex cardiac medications, including titration based on patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including nursing interventions and patient responses, according to hospital policy.
  • Supervise Ancillary Personnel: Supervise ancillary personnel in their performance of assigned job-related duties.
  • Ensure Patient Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the rights of patients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current licensure in good standing, and a minimum of one year of current hospital experience in PCU specialty.
  • Certifications and Training: Evidence of current BLS and ACLS required.
