  • Maintain and enhance assigned house accounts and mini-business programs.
  • Drive revenue growth through identification of revenue drivers and metrics focused on market expansion and penetration.
  • Lead the account planning process effectively and create or find the resources needed to renew and grow accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal Operations, Sales, and Contacting & Pricing Teams to establish and drive account program development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, business processes, financial measurements, performance indicators, and key competitors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product sales cycle and challenges, including competitor strategies, to inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor performance-to-plan throughout the fiscal year and adjust direction, focus, and sales initiatives as needed.
  • Operate effectively in a complex matrix management environment and be flexible across a large and diverse geography and client base.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience in face-to-face selling of complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and uncovering customer needs.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues and operate effectively in a team environment.
