About the Role

A Senior Retail Stocking Associate is a key member of our high-performing team, empowered to excel in their role. This position is ideal for individuals who want to develop leadership skills and are passionate about a career in retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Process sales transactions efficiently
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to attendance policy
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for extended periods
  • Ability to safely climb up/down a ladder and operate a forklift (certification required)
