Your role will involve providing technical leadership, direction, and mentorship not only within your IAM Domain but also to junior staff across various domains.

You will spearhead collaboration with external vendors, remain informed about the latest IAM technologies and threats, and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Capable of executing the most advanced development tasks within your domain independently, while seeking assistance from colleagues for more complex challenges. You will manage highly intricate issues autonomously but may require support from team members for the most complicated matters. You will possess a solid understanding of general security frameworks and operational models, and begin to master multiple IAM Domains.


You will contribute to the overarching IAM Strategy for the domains you represent, showcasing an advanced understanding of Identity & Access Management beyond your specific area and its impact on others.

You will define best practices in engineering within your IAM Domain(s) and lead the design of IAM solutions, taking into account scalability, security, and usability requirements.

You will stay abreast of the latest IAM technologies, trends, and emerging threats, proactively implementing necessary measures to address risks.

You will lead collaborations with third-party vendors and partners to assess IAM tools and services, demonstrating advanced skills in requirements gathering and a customer-centric perspective that aligns technical objectives with business goals.

You will be adept at troubleshooting or analyzing the most complex process issues, identifying root causes, and recommending efficiencies or providing formal reporting. You will offer insights to senior staff on resolving new or intricate challenges and provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your IAM Domain and junior personnel outside of your domain.
