About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Water Engineer to join our regional water practice, supporting drinking, raw, and reuse water treatment projects.

As a Process Mechanical Technical Lead and Project Manager, you will provide guidance to clients, teams, and project managers within our Water and Wastewater Treatment Practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading process mechanical technical aspects of projects
  • Providing guidance to project managers and teams
  • Collaborating with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver successful projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the A/E industry, specializing in drinking, raw, and reuse water treatment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. preferred, but not required
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, or ability to acquire within 6 months
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95K-125K+, determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role.
