Salary: $31,200 - $41,600 annually based on experience plus bonus potential.

Job Description: As a Flat Glass Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of flat glass, insulated glass units, and showers. You will lead by example, exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. Your key responsibilities include ensuring safety remains a top priority, conducting accurate field measuring, cutting flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns, and using the latest technology including tablet-based systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the Flat Glass Industry is a Plus
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Residential and Commercial Installers must have a valid driver's license
