Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Aide to assist in our Culinary and Catering Department at FellowshipLIFE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, meal planning, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals following specific dietary requirements and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure all meals meet nutritional guidelines
  • Handle food production tasks efficiently and safely
  • Support meal service operations in an assisted living environment
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, and meal planning
  • Strong time management skills to meet meal schedules promptly
  • Familiarity with culinary operations in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Certification in food safety or culinary arts is preferred
