Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at ConsultUSA. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data pipelines using Java, Python, and Spark
  • Implement data caching solutions using Redis
  • Work with analytics teams to ensure data quality and functionality
  • Participate in the development of data solutions for multiple applications
  • Design and implement process improvements, including automation of processes and redesign of data infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
  • 4-6 years of experience in data engineering
  • Strong knowledge of data applications, including data movement, database design, data controls, reconciliation, and logging
  • Experience with Java, Python, Spark, and data movement technologies
  • Experience designing data cache for ML model execution; Redis preferred
  • Experience with event-based data; Kafka preferred
  • Experience creating, troubleshooting, and tuning SQL queries for relational databases; Oracle preferred
