Job Overview

Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Tech to join our team. As a key member of our repair services, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to deliver a positive experience
  • Servicing customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
  • Maintaining store owned gear as requested
  • Completing warranty repair work
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of guitar repair techniques and have foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.

Benefits:

Guitar Center offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, mental health support, paid time off, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement options.
