Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience Coach
    • Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial well-being and creates loyalty.
    • Process a variety of customer interactions, identifying opportunities to refer PNC products and services.
    • Educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during conversations.
  • Branch Operations
    • Supervise customer transactions, lobby engagement activities, and ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example, demonstrating clear communication skills, transaction handling, and problem resolution processes.
    • Coach and mentor tellers to adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree required, but related experience or product knowledge is necessary to accomplish primary duties.
  • Experience
    • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
