We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) and other modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Diagnostic Radiologic Technology program.
- Training in CT or other advanced imaging modalities.
- California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- 6 months of experience in CT or other advanced imaging modalities.
