Sahm's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests seated at the bar and in the dining areas.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by interacting with guests, offering drink recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Order Taking: Accurately take orders and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Inventory Management: Replenish bar inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Age Verification: Verify the age of all guests to ensure compliance with liquor laws.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for at least 4 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Licensure: Possess an Indiana Liquor License.
• Experience: Previous experience in a server or bartending role.
• Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Math Skills: Basic understanding of math and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
