About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our Outreach Program at JAG Physical Therapy. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing athletic training services to our contracted organizations, including STEMCivics Charter School in Ewing, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain an effective athletic training program for our contracted organizations
  • Provide athletic training services for athletic events and competitions
  • Coordinate and manage the medical and risk management of all athletes, inclusive of preventative care and emergency care
  • Act as the workers' compensation case manager for our professional contracted team
  • Provide in-services and educational programs to local schools, coaches, athletes, and communities on health and fitness-related topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training (CAATE-approved program) and completion of the BOC certification
  • Licensed by the State of New Jersey as an Athletic Trainer
  • NJ Department of Education (DOE) clearance
  • Current BLS certification
  • Maintain Personal Liability Insurance
