We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to join our team at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they have come to expect from our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
  • Conduct resident assessments and provide personalized care
  • Lead and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license
  • Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience preferred, but not required
