Job Title: HVAC Superintendent

As a key member of our team, the HVAC Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and supervise on-site tradesmen, develop and maintain project schedules, and promote a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and associated reporting
  • Lead and manage on-site tradesmen to ensure project completion within established time parameters
  • Collaborate with project managers and general contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC projects
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
