Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Net & Azure Microservices Architect to join our team at Damco Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using.NET and Azure.
  • Translate business requirements into effective microservices and integration models.
  • Develop secure microservices with appropriate access control, policies, and authentication.
  • Build high-performing microservices that scale to millions of requests.
  • Design and implement deployment models for microservices and integration with various channels.
  • Communicate design to executive teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a software architect, with a focus on building APIs and integration layers.
  • 5 years or more experience building REST-based APIs using.NET Web API.
  • At least 3 years of experience with the latest.NET frameworks, such as.NET 3.1 and.NET 6.
  • Experience with design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Azure Functions and App Services.
  • At least 3 years of experience building applications using Azure Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, such as Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos, Azure Redis, or Azure Event Hub.
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus and Event Grids.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven systems.
  • Experience with NuGet dependency management.
  • Hands-on experience with xUnit or NUnit test cases and mocking frameworks.
  • Understanding of Azure API Gateway and Azure APIM.
  • Knowledge of creating policies on APIM.
  • Experience with creating resources using ARM templates.
  • Understanding of deploying microservices in Azure environments.
  • Understanding of building highly available applications using Azure Fabrics or AKS.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SSO integration with REST-based APIs and major IAM providers.
  • Understanding of authentication token consumption, such as OAUTH, SAML, or JWT Token.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including building pipelines and releases.
