Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at TrueCare. As a licensed therapist, you will work with young children and adolescents, providing psychotherapy and developing treatment plans to address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Engage in consultation and provide in-service education as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marital and Family Therapy, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited program
  • At least two years' experience providing psychotherapy with children, adults, and adolescents
  • Current license (LMFT or LCSW) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; or Licensed Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
