**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Cath Lab setting and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and provide care to patients undergoing interventional procedures, including balloon pump, angiojet peripheral interventions, and rotoblator
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Provide education to patients and families on post-procedure care and management
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
* BSN degree or higher
* 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
* Strong communication and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
