Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Resiliency LLC. As a key member of our Public Works Department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all department vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance on gasoline and diesel engines, including engine overhauls, brake and suspension work, electrical system repairs, and clutch replacements
  • Operate and document a preventive maintenance program, keeping detailed records of all work performed on vehicles and equipment
  • Repair power equipment and tools such as compressors, jackhammers, and mowers
  • Order and manage parts inventory, prepare and maintain repair records, and assist in developing vehicle specifications
  • Operate vehicles for snow removal and sanding during winter, plowing, and perform emergency highway operations as needed

Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety protocols and procedures. Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets the required quality and productivity expectations.
