As an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, setting your own days of operation, hours, and patient schedule. You will also have the opportunity to keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide eye and vision care services to patients
- Establish and maintain a patient schedule
- Set your own fee schedule
- Keep 100% of exam and professional fees
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
