Key Responsibilities
As an ED - Emergency Department travel nurse RN with Spire, your primary duties will include providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your exceptional nursing skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically under pressure will be essential in this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as an ED - Emergency Department travel nurse RN, you should possess a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. A minimum of 2+ years of recent ER experience, preferably in a hospital setting, is also required. Additionally, you must hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC. A valid nursing license and a clean driving record are mandatory. Furthermore, you should be able to work effectively within a team environment and maintain excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of the Spire team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
