Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Cumberland Farms. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Operate the register and process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the location
- Assist with food service operations, including food preparation and food safety
- Lead by example and coach team members to achieve desired service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
