About the Hospital Care at Home Program:
Our innovative approach utilizes portable technology to connect patients to our Patient Care Hub for 24/7 remote monitoring and virtual care. This allows us to deliver high-quality care, improve outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care within the inpatient/observation setting, providing active treatment for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention needs.
- Provide both in-home acute care and virtual care through our Patient Care Hub.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
- Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
- Minimum of two (2) years of acute care nursing experience required.
